Where beautiful flowers are grown

Herbs
Herbs are a wonderful addition to any landscape. Most are great for cooking; they give your dish that extra burst of flavor. Many herbs are also used for making teas; they can range from peppermint to spearmint and even lemon flavored teas. Having a pot or garden containing herbs is also great for attracting butterfly's and letting off wonderful fragrances.

The herbs we carry include:
Basil
The aromatic leaves are excellent in tomato dishes, sauces, fish and poultry.
Chives
Mild onion-flavored leaves can be used as a garnish or to enhance the taste of soups, potatoes and salads.
Lavender
Beautiful lilac flowers with delightfully fragrant leaves. Perfect for hedges, cut flowers and for drying.
Lemon Verbena
One of the most luscious smelling herbs, making one of the best beverage teas. Also brightening the taste of fish, poultry, salad dressings, jellies and vinegar.
Mint Peppermint and Spearament
The leaves add a cool refreshing taste to sauces, salads, potatoes, iced beverages and desserts.
Oregano
A pleasant, minty-smelling herd indispensable for Italian recipes, chili, sauces and meat loafs.
Parsley Curly
Popular as a garnish which has a subtle, mild flavoring excellent in stews, soups and salads.
Parsley Flat leafed
This deeply cut, flat-leaved parsley has a superior gourmet flavor compared to curly parsley.
Rosemary
A shrubby herb that provides a delightful seasoning to poultry and meat entrees.
Sage
A popular broad leaf herb that is ideal to season wild game, chowders, pork and poultry.
 Thyme English
The leaves have a strong clove flavoring excellent in seafod entrees, chowders, soup and meat.
Thyme Lemon
Smells and tastes just like lemons. Use in any recipe calling for lemon juice, lemon zest or lemon flavoring. Adding lemon thyme to marinades go great with chicken or fish.

Our herbs can be purchased in 4 1/2 inch containers for you to plant in your gardens or your pots. This year we are excited to start selling our herbs in bowls that follow certain themes. We will be combining certain herbs together to specialize in butterfly attractant, cooking and tea bowls.
